Unusual Edwardian Solid Silver Letter Opener 1909

An unusually designed solid sterling silver letter opener. It is hallmarked for London 1909 with the makers marks being GH. It has an ingenious design housing a steel quill cutter inside it. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, slight tarnish to the quill cutter. It measures 3.75 inches (9.7cms) long and weighs 25 grams.
