A very unusual solid sterling silver letter opener. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1948 with the makers marks being WJD for William James Dingley. It has been unusually designed being in the form of a rowing oar often present at Royal Navy regattas. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs.
